Abstract

The objective of this paper is to socialize the research results obtained regarding enhancing emotional management during the virtual learning process through the use of Artificial Intelligence in the Virtual Learning Environment implemented within Moodle, in the Master of Education with a mention in Pedagogy. in Digital Environments Bolivarian University of Ecuador. For this purpose, a theoretical search was carried out that supports the relevance of the Learning Data Analytics platform and Moodle Feedback Module as certified tools for integration with Moodle, which allow improving the personalization of meaningful learning, adapting the content to the individual emotional needs of the students. students. By the way, it is concluded that the implementation of a data analysis system based on AI favors the emotional management of the student, facilitates the identification of emotional patterns and provides feedback from the teachers to the students in order to improve the quality of teaching, which results in an unavoidable challenge: The development of digital skills in teachers in the face of the rise of Artificial Intelligence.
