Abstract

The article aims to socialize two experiences developed in hotel facilities and Primary Health Care (PHC) that show the need to rethink training, taking into account the peculiarities of the scenarios, contents, and ways of implementation from an innovative approach that brings relevance to contents and methodologies, introduces greater commitment in its actors, highlights the role of inter-institutional relations and with the environments. With a predominance of the qualitative approach and from a dialectical-materialistic conception, methods of the theoretical level such as the historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and systematization are use. In the empirical order, the bibliographic and documentary review, which focused the interest of the observation, the experience in training of the authors, and the elaboration of a common synthesis matrix, provide a contextualized critical look at this process and reach conceptual consensuses on training. Likewise, two experiences are shown to face the challenges associated with very dynamic scenarios which demand higher levels of scientific and pedagogical updating.
