The construction of the Institutional Educational Project from the democratic participation of educational agencies

Abstract

The transformations promoted by the Third Improvement of the National Education System in Cuba (SNE), proposes an integrating conception of the Institutional and Group Educational Project, which confronts educational practices that limit the democratic and co-responsible participation of educational agents and agencies in institutional management. The objective of the research is to analyze, from an integrating perspective, the construction process of the Institutional Educational Project as the articulating axis of the democratic participation of educational agents and agencies in the formation of citizenship, which took place in an Urban Basic Secondary School. (ESBU) of the province of Villa Clara. For its construction, the methodological indications proposed by the MINED (2018) and Rivero (2021) are considered. Methods and techniques such as modeling, the structural systemic approach, document analysis, observation, interview and survey are applied. The experience developed allowed the design of an experimental Institutional Educational Project aimed at the democratic, cooperative and collaborative participation of educational actors in the horizontal organization of the system of educational influences that will affect the training of students during the 2022-2023 school year.
