Abstract

The article addresses a pertinent and current topic such as the need to promote the development of pedagogical professional interests in students of the Primary Teachers specialty. For this, the objective is to develop a pedagogical strategy that enables the unity of the cognitive, the affective, motivational and the behavioral, from the labor practice as an integrating-dynamizing component in the formative process in the student about knowing, knowing how to do and being. a future professional in education. During the research process, theoretical level methods were applied: theoretical systematization, analysis and synthesis, modeling, and empirical level, experiential pedagogical experience as a metamethod, complemented by critical opinion and collective construction workshops, as well as the information triangulation procedure, through surveys, interviews and the study of the products of the pedagogical process in a sample that included managers, teachers, students and tutors of educational institutions. The results had an impact on the formative process of the students and the pedagogical group of the Primary Teachers specialty, with the novelty in its relationship dynamics that are established between the educational agents, responsible for the pedagogical professional orientation from the labor practice.
