Abstract

Latin American children and young people present lacks in reading skills (in their listening, speaking, and writing skills). This situation makes them stay isolated as they are unable to express their thoughts and feelings. As for their teachers? Do they know how to listen, speak, read and write? What if we could achieve that teachers, who prepare future teachers in colleagues, pedagogic institutions, prepared their students from the linguistic education? Understanding by this the process of re- teaching to listen, speak, read and write. What about from the ethnographic research? That kind of investigation that takes place in the classroom.
