Abstract

In the current lecture we will treat the difficulties derived from implementing the program of continuous education for teachers in Mexico's basic education level, mainly because it is appreciated more as an administrative task than an academic one, in spite of human resources and economic investments efforts towards this program, its results are still unproductive.
