Abstract

The article addresses the issue of professional improvement of managers by taking into account that it is a basic aspect of educational management in general education in the Angolan context, it is a priority to undertake actions that stimulate permanence and results in their activities. academic, investigative and their relations with society from a systemic and coherent organization of training activities. In this effort, the authors of this work address the theoretical considerations about the forms of educational management in overcoming general education managers in different educational contexts for the achievement of a systematization in this direction and that can be applied in the context Angolan educational system, with its particularities that allows maintaining a directive body, trained, prepared and trained to relate theory and practice, for this reason the objective of the work is to argue from the current socio-educational conditions the role that the director must play in the basic education in Angola, in particular in the municipality of Porto Amboin in the province of Cuansa Sul.
