Abstract

This article intends to be a contribution to the knowledge’s area with the relationship that exist between professional training and innovative behavior; after experiencing the post-Covid-19 crisis, the objective of this research is to reflect on the importance of recognizing innovative behavior as a continuous task. For the review of the literature, the Kitchenham (2004) methodology was used. The search strategy was limited to databases such as Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet, and Web Science. The limited search period covers 2016 to 2021. This document is prepared with 13 articles that come close to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. As a result of the research, there is a tendency to consider innovative behavior as an aspect of the people who are in contact with companies and not as part of the professional training process. The analyzed contents conclude that professional training that includes curricular content aimed at awakening creativity and interest in scientific and technological innovation will allow future graduates to be reconverted and reinserted in activities that contribute to the reduction of phenomena that concern us as a society.
