Abstract

This scientific article assumes the objective of developing a methodological procedure so that teachers and managers can explain the causes of learning. A qualitative methodological strategy of research-action-participation and the case study that is resized, enriched and contextualized from the approach of the teaching staff's thinking is used. The sample is constituted by 65 people, integrated in its composition by 49 members of the teaching staff and 16 directors, 13 of them worked at the center level and 3 at the municipal level. As a result, an experience based on and structured in a procedure is exposed, to gather information and favor pedagogical decision-making, which contains an operational logic that provides teachers and managers with a model for their daily practice, which constitutes the creation of a epistemological condition that guarantees replication, adaptability and customization to any context.
