Abstract

The implementation of diversified assessment strategies aims to improve student participation and engagement in a Chilean Master's in Education program. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of a strategy based on continuous and personalized feedback, which includes various assessment formats, such as videos, podcasts, and animated presentations. To this end, an approach was used that adapted to different learning styles and preferences, intending to enrich the teaching-learning process in a virtual environment. The methods employed included applying these evaluative tools throughout the program and observing their effect on student interaction and performance. The results showed an increase in creativity, critical reflection, and effective communication, resulting in more meaningful and engaging learning. This diversified assessment strategy proved to be an effective response to 21st-century educational needs, aligning with teaching profession standards. In conclusion, its implementation in virtual environments helps address student disconnection, enhancing their educational experience and fostering greater involvement in the formative process.
