Abstract

This article is the result of the research project “The development of scientific thinking in university students and its axiological implications”. Objective: to disseminate a system of teaching tasks for the development of scientific thinking in students of the degree in Speech Therapy Education. Methods: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, system approach, observation, interview, survey, document analysis and specialist criteria. Results: Based on the results of the diagnosis, the teaching tasks to be implemented in the subject Introduction to Early Childhood Education were designed, which were subjected to the specialist criteria method. The consulted specialists made recommendations that were assumed in the redesign of the teaching tasks and when consulted again they affirmed the validity of the proposal and its quality. Conclusions: The development of scientific thinking in students of the Speech Therapy Education program is a necessity in the training of a professional prepared to direct the process of comprehensive speech therapy care.
