Resumo

In this paper, some considerations about Critical Pedagogies in the university and Human Rights are shared from the perspective of participating research and qualitative methodologies. In the work we develop the theoretical approaches around the place of experience, of the actions of university extension in relation to human rights, as well as regarding the methodological proposal that we have carried out. Likewise, we developed an approach regarding the context in which our work was inscribed, both spatially and temporally, since we placed the processes in the post-crisis context of 2001 in Argentina and in contexts of territorial organizational construction as well as in public universities. We then developed a reflection on the interdisciplinary dialogues in the research that was carried out, specifically between anthropology and oral history, and incorporated a methodological proposal for participant research that was implemented. We approximate some conclusions regarding the potential that the perspective of oral history, participatory research and the problem of human rights may have.
