Use of ICT in teaching-learning processes in university students

Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the influence, use, modalities, as well as the application and exploitation in the academic-administrative processes of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), in which a mixed research is carried out; quantitative and qualitative, through questionnaires with qualitative questions that allow us to know the digital competency skills that students from different places in the world have, giving a quantitative assessment, in which statistical methods are used to calculate descriptive, frequencies, obtaining graphs and analysis of results, which allow making educational proposals to adopt technologies that reduce the digital divide in the educational field. The visual representation of the responses are the results obtained from the diagnostic evaluation using Google Forms, which are mostly shown with bar graphs to facilitate their analysis and interpret the application of ICT in the classroom.
