Abstract

The objective of this essay is to argue the relevance of designing comprehensive sexual education in schools in order to prevent STIs. The authors highlight the social and scientific complexity of the problem, as well as the urgency of conceiving the work of educational guidance with a comprehensive meaning from schools, for this purpose relevant sources and contributions on the subject are analyzed and supported in the essay. that sexual education work must be comprehensive, it must be developed in a sustained and systematic manner based on advances in science and technology; the study curricula must be updated, as well as the performance of the teachers; The actions must be carried out in close contact with the family and different community agents.
