Abstract

The results of an investigation carried out at the National Technological Institute of Mexico (TecNM)/Tantoyuca-Veracruz campus with students of the 2nd semester of engineering that are taking the Integral Calculus subject are presented. The research investigates the role played by students in an active-collaborative learning management system based on the TecNM Inverted Classroom and Project Based Learning (ABP) model in a context of professional interest. The results obtained report encouraging findings, evidence of the moments where the student takes an active and leading role in their learning process, when developing activities in an environment that demands challenges.
