Abstract

This research report shows the description of teachers from eight education centers (1 preschool, 4 primary, 1 secondary, 1 high school and 1 high school) in terms of school organization in the development of school activities. The objective was to describe how teachers organize themselves to develop school activities in their institutions. With an interpretive approach, under the ethnographic method, 22 unstructured interviews were conducted with teachers of these levels in the municipalities of Saucillo and Delicias in the State of Chihuahua. It is concluded that these conceptions of the managerial business environment are only focused at all times on efficiency and effectiveness, in a large part of these, human sensitivity is not analyzed, but rather the execution of a functional structure, which allows measuring quantitative results, even when there are no harmonized organizations regarding the work environment.
