Abstract

This article, the result of an investigation, aims to reveal the relevance of the theoretical methodological conception for the integration of community factors, through education in values in a municipality, under the direction of the Communist Party of Cuba in search of transformation. community from within. The general methodological approach is qualitative research, under a process of action-reflection-action. Using historical-logical, systemic, analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction methods, as well as observation and content analysis for information processing. As a result, it is demonstrated that the theoretical-methodological conception in its practical materialization acquired a pedagogical and didactic approach, contributed to direct, organize, plan, execute and evaluate the educational-training actions that condition the adoption of ethical and moral modes of action according to the principles of the ideology of the Cuban Revolution, its impact on the educational work of the Party in an adverse and complex context is recognized. The implementation of the Director Program in Rule demonstrates its feasibility, validity and relevance by achieving unity of thought and action in ideological political work in the midst of diversity, managing to involve all community factors in the strategic mission of educating in values.
