Abstract

Out of the participative diagnostic carried out in the “Padre Román” Bolivarian School, from Puerto Cumarebo, Zamora Municipality, a ranking of necessities was established to be answered. The ranking comprises need of sensibility and upgrading of school staff for artistic activities (drama, folklore, painting, dancing); lack of a utility room, lack of audio technology and dressing for artistic activities; need of sports equipment. The objective is to valuate Arts as a means of integration of individuals at “Padre Román” Bolivarian School. The methodology to apply is research-action-participant, with the phases diagnosis, planning, implementing, evaluation and systematization. It will be based on the humanist theory stated by Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers, and Vigotsky´s constructivist theory. As a result there should an upgrading and sensibilization of an important number of people who, at the same time, would be capable for creating the Tertulia Artística Group to sustain and promote the artistic activity in the area.
