COMMUNITY PROJECT: A CONTRIBUTION TO THE HUMANISTIC FORMATION OF STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL CAREERS

Abstract

The paper deals with the importance of university extension as one of the core processes of the Cuban pedagogical university, which facilitates the training for the development of community projects. It emphasizes how the pedagogical university integrates its processes to conceive the preparation of professionals capable to facilitate and enrich the cultural life of the territories, since in the pedagogical practice these are essential aspects of the promotion of culture and the active participation of the people for their own development.
