DAILY PLANNING CLASS IN HIGHER EDUCATION: A PROPOSAL

Abstract

This article presents an exhibition of the work of teachers as a delicate and difficult task. It explains the role of teacher leadership demanded by this work, in consideration of some personal skills, that teacher must develop his role as a leader and conductor of a group of students. It explains the need to plan each session working group and with the group, taking as a temporary measurement unit, the hour. Close the exhibition with the theme "group management" for teaching.
