Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of environmental legislation in the global and national context and the importance of their inclusion in the environmental education programs Cuban pedagogical universities. Emphasis has been placed on the systematization of environmental legislation in our country and the need to incorporate this dimension in the curriculum of racing Biology-Geography and Biology-Chemistry via the course using as Environmental Education for sustainable development is taught in such schools.
