Abstract

The article contextualizes knowledge management in postgraduate studies and aims to present the validation of an instrument aimed at postgraduate students to assess postgraduate capacity, conditions and knowledge to apply knowledge management. The study made it possible to identify dimensions and indicators that can be used as an evaluative tool so that the graduate program adjusts to the dynamics of the knowledge management process. The validity and reliability of the instrument were analyzed, which yielded good reliability indices in Cronbach's Alpha that indicate that the proposal is current as long as knowledge management is enhanced with advances in technologies to strengthen the activities that are developed in the postgraduate.
