Abstract

The Evaluation of Academic Performance in Law School" studies UNCa´s assessment practices that take place in the institution. Provides theoretical and empirical evidence to understand the evaluation as: a) a significant dimension of the learning process, b) a critical component in student´s educational trajectories c) an analyzer device with multiple meanings, rules systems, schemes been incorporated into teaching, that take place.We present advances in the theoretical construction of the object in relation with following areas: a) The conceptualization of the evaluation and its methodological implications b) Evaluation and development of professional skills.
