Abstract

Management in different human actions can improve the organizational climate, quality of products and/or services in the company or educational institution. Therefore, it is considered necessary to include in the management process the cleaning and maintenance staff, the administrative staff, students, parents, teachers, principals, the career coordinator and/or tutor. In order to integrate the contributions in its different aspects and which in turn converge on management and educational quality improvement.
