Abstract

"The University of South drives the generation of knowledge to meet the challenges of the new era, using a model of higher education insert in an intercultural environment of academic excellence, and supported by a Personal Training Plan". Recently working on the Vision and Mission 2020, with which we generate the strategies that will work and profiles of those who are part of our educational community (Gutierrez, 2013)"Within the educational model is to have teachers who have a desirable profile, which must be constantly trained in a particular way, or through programs implemented by the university. This document tells the models, philosophy, pedagogical - andragogical perspective as a fresh look at the training of teachers and the values on which is resting, describes both the good practices in the culture of training from meeting new concepts and apply them in college.
