Abstract

The following article talks about important aspects of the communicative competence in the written construction of texts.  In like manner, aspects related to the determination of alike elements to it introduction in the teaching of English in Cuba are broached; from the actual transformations of the Cuban university. Likewise, the objective of this article is: to explain the reasons that make thecommunicative competence in the written construction of texts a particular rationale of the teaching of English language in Cuba; essentially through the historic-logic and analytic-synthetic background.
