Abstract

The university cannot remain indifferent to the problems of society and the labor market, higher education institutions are facing a very complicated situation that especially affects young people, this is compounded by deficiencies in the link between institutions of higher education and jobs for its graduates. The aim of this paper is to characterize the current state of employability of university graduates in the Latin American context and particularize the reality of Ecuador, specifically in the career of Business Administration from the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes (UNIANDES).
