Abstract

Three common characteristics of opinion polls to assess teaching are: they are designed for specialists with admiring purposes; in order to get financial rewards; or to punish. Its use diverts the purpose of the evaluation because people work for rewards or to avoid punishment, not to improve teaching. In this context, is analyzed if it is convenient that teachers and students of the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez define, with their own views, the items of the surveys. The final purpose is to leave an assessment that determines the activity of teachers, and achieve consistency with its educational model: constructivism.
