Abstract

This study stems from a broader research project conducted by teachers of the Academic Policy and Management Education and Research Center students and Teaching of Chihuahua, Mexico, Master of Education. Objectives: To characterize neoliberalism to contextualize the Mexican educational reform. Findings show product information obtained by surveys and interviews that rescue insights and opinions of actors in primary schools municipalities: Ahumada, Chihuahua and Juarez; regarding competency assessment, approach derived from the RIEB (Integral Reform of Basic Education). Strategy that has proved complicated and difficult to carry by the actors.
