Abstract

Goals in the Millennium Declaration of the United Nations (MDGs) claimed to be the platform of action to achieve better living standards of the population. In August 2015 in the end of the term to fulfill, they were unsigned by the United Nations "The Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development”. We make a critical reading of both instruments in the Mexican context and Chiapas from legal anthropology and criticism of law and that therefore the concept of Development and its regulations deny the possibility of stopping the current model of civilization condemned to failure any initiative.
