Abstract

The objective of this research was to measure sustainable behavior in undergraduate students of a university in a border state in northern Mexico. Sustainable behavior was measured through four likert subscales: pro-ecological behavior, frugality, altruism and fairness, which were applied to a sample of 130 students. The results suggest that students present high scores in equity, followed by average frugality scores and moderate scores of pro-ecological and altruistic behaviors. The results gain relevance in the context, generating knowledge to consolidate the axes of training around the environment and the sustainable coexistence schemes.
