Abstract

It is common for university women to be connected to electronic devices that allow actions related to work, school, and entertainment activities (Núñez et al., 2019). The aim of this study is to know the profile of university students with a greater propensity to positive attitudes towards digital actions. It is a quantitative research with a mixed, non-experimental, transversal, and exploratory approach. For the collection of primary information, the survey developed by Pérez (2011) on the attitudes of university netizens was considered. The sample was made up of 137 Mexican university students, which was analyzed by a series of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes, so that hierarchical and k-means cluster analyzes were carried out to find university profiles. The results showed 2 types of conglomerates; reluctant and digital enthusiasts characterized by their attitudes towards actions such as risk assessment and perceived advantage of actions such as electronic transaction and purchases through NTIC.
