Abstract

The objective of investigation was to study the process of continuous improvement that has experienced the Agronomy career of Science’s   Faculty Agricultural of Matanzas's University, from its first external evaluation in December of the year 2006, even ends it made in November of the year 2017. The method was used documentary study, in order to pick up and to examine all of the available information of the accomplished auto-evaluations, the reports on the processes of the three external accomplished evaluations and the improving established plans to take care of the declared weaknesses. The results demonstrate the systematic advance of the process of continuous improvement, experimented for the Race in quality, pertinence and excellence of his academic and scientific indicators of a process to another one; in both first you got the level from Certified Race and in the latter the career of excellence.
