Pedagogical perspective of sexual diversity in Santiago educational sports centers

Abstract

Human beings have learned to live with the diversity existing in the world, to understand it and even act in accordance with it. However, it still costs a bit of work to reason about those differences that have to do with people. The present study addresses the recognition, importance and topicality of the management of individual differences and educational diversity in female softball athletes of the EIDE "Orestes Acosta" of Santiago de Cuba. Based on the diagnosis applied to a sample of 27 athletes of the female softball team of the aforementioned institution and scientific observation, difficulties could be identified with the acceptance of sexual diversity in training, competitions and other related sports activities. To carry out this study, methods, techniques and instruments were applied to diagnose the approach to sexual diversity such as: survey, interview, group assessment test (desired interrelationships). Some of the results obtained and the proposal for their solution are expressed here.
