Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to describe the process of teaching seen from the management of scientific expertise using the method of expository documentary research. It is necessary to study the competences in people who maintain high performance in research regarding their intellectual production. There are difficulties in training students, there is little integration between theory and practice in research. In conclusion, given the importance of research in the social context it is necessary to manage appropriate programs that include different ways of transmitting scientific knowledge to academic levels to instill students with critical and analytical thinking.
