Abstract

The knowledge society is a challenge for Ecuador, which aspires to become a producer of knowledge. In order to analyze the use and appropriation of ICT in learning he has written this work. Made by methodological strategy textual hermeneutic, an interpretive method whose procedures based on content analysis, the literature review and creative understanding facilitates the production of theoretical tools required in college today. The chosen qualitative arguments show that management, technology and knowledge are needed daily acts of understandings to explain the qualitative areas of teaching and research.
