Abstract

Personal relationships in the knowledge society become increasingly difficult day and is the main promoter of teacher development of social skills. this research was conducted in order to have a first approach to the perceptions of some students on the five supports of emotional intelligence. It is an ethnographic study whose results reflect that lack of self-motivation, empathy and self-regulation, have not been developed and strengthened by the students at home and, of course, not in school.
