Abstract

This article constitutes a partial research report. Its objective is to explain the development of a general procedure, which uses as a method the application of the laws of Qualimetry for the evaluation of the variables of the System of Evaluation and Accreditation of Cuban Higher Education Institutions. In addition, the application of this procedure is tested in the case of the variable "infrastructure and resource management" to demonstrate its feasibility to design and develop qualitative modules that have been used in different Cuban universities, both for internal and external evaluation processes reporting advantages of its use.
