Abstract

The problem referred to the process of integration of knowledge in the subject Fundamentals of Administration in the I level of the career Degree in Business Administration is addressed. The objective of the article is to argue the pedagogical strategies used to favor this process. The method was used: analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, historical-logical, comparison, analysis of documents, pedagogical experiment and observation. The operational definition of the project was established for this level, its theoretical modeling and methodological conception, its graphic representation and the determination of the premises that support it. Qualitative and quantitative changes were achieved in the teaching-learning process.
