Abstract

The experiences of a group of academics who worked with the RECREA project are documented: a pedagogical proposal that incorporates the postulates of complex thinking and the use of ICT in educational practice. The research analyzes training devices, academic organization, dialogue and participation processes, as well as their scope in terms of transformation of practices. Methodologically, the work is approached from the narratives. In the results, inconsistencies are identified between the project approach and the didactic instrumentation proposals. The advantage of having sown concerns so that, internally, options to address emerging problems are recognized in the training process. The substantial part of the experience is specified in the possibilities of building environments conducive to collective participation and self-training.
