Abstract

The present work presents results of the research project "Policies and reforms in Mexico and Spain. Proposals for educational inclusion". These results resemble the research attitude about policies with which teachers are initially trained in Mexico in what, could be expected, as the framework of inclusive education. The purpose is to examine how this topic is considered from the perspective of education as a right, since it permeates the provisions contained in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and, consequently, the normative and application derivations, including teacher training, as a faculty of the State.
