Fundamentals of the model for virtualization of training at the Technical University of Manabí, Ecuador

Abstract

The introduction of computer technologies in Education implies transforming the educational models of universities, adapting them to these demands and to different social contexts. In the context of the Technical University of Manabí (UTM) arises the doctoral research "Model for the virtualization of training at the Technical University of Manabí", which aims to integrate technologies in terms of training and dictate a theoretical foundation in function of maintaining and contributing to the development of the virtualization of education. The article collects results obtained from the diagnosis in the UTM.
