University professors in order to form the citizens that demand the present

Abstract

The article is about university professors’ formation in order to form citizens. The purpose is to present a study of the notion about good citizen that the professors have and the insufficiencies that they considered in their students about citizen formation.  It is realized a workshop too. The methodology used is qualitative, with literature review, analytic and synthetic methods, test and satisfaction technique. The results were that these group of professors have a narrow idea of citizen formation, especially in critical responsible reflection, in both questions: good citizen and insufficiencies of the students.
